Breakfast was perfect, staff was delightful. Our suite was immaculate and unique, had lake view. Service was fantastic, nothing to complain about. The location was top, within walking distance of Bella Vista Mall.

I would recommend if you are looking for good service. The venue is small, clean and the location is quiet adjacent to restaurants and shopping, various Malls, night life. Tidy and brand-new units with ample space.

Really lovely stay, no complaints, we would recomand. All in all, it was perfect base for traveling to Santo Domingo. Approaching, delightfully helpful staff. We liked our room that was renovated and available with nice bath, very comfortable bed and great lighting. The beach was beautiful.

my experience at this romantic hotel was really great. rooms where airy and individual, the staff was funny. the snack bar in the property had lots of local gins, brandies and soft drinks throughout the day.

It was worth its 5 stars. Heroes center metro station is within 20 minutes' walk. An individual safe, flat-screen TV and a lounge were available in our ambassador junior suite.

It's excellent place for sightseeing and exploring Santo Domingo. They have a cocktail bar.

The breakfast was exceptionally good and the place was perfectly clean. Where all superbly friendly. Room was fantastic, gorgeous with contemporary furniture. An iron, an electronic key card and a work desk worked well and the bed was relaxing.

We had a wonderful stay. One could dine at restaurants such as Meson Cienfuegos 15 minutes away. Heroes center subway stop is a few steps away from the place, some 10 minutes on foot. We liked our time at the hotel, thanks...
